Our promise

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid licenses (including AutoKit, IsoKit, and any future paid tools). If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 7 days, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@ohiyo.app with your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) within 7 days of your purchase. We typically process refunds within 1–2 business days.

After a refund

• Your license key will be deactivated, and Pro features will no longer be available.
• Any files or exports you've already downloaded remain yours.
• The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Limits

To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of repeated purchase-and-refund patterns from the same customer.
